Positive news for office market in market town

Goadsby are pleased to report a positive start to 2011 within the office sector of the market town of Romsey with a number of lettings agreed and completed.

Goadsby's Southampton and Winchester offices, who jointly market instructions in the Romsey, Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh area, have let 5,700 sq ft of office space in 2011 and have a further 3,000 sq ft currently under offer and in solicitors' hands.

Lettings have completed within the Horse Fair office complex on the former brewery site in the town centre, Goadsby also have deals agreed on office space within Market Street.

‘The market town of Romsey offers an attractive working environment, whilst also providing good access to both Winchester and Southampton. These deals represent a significant proportion of the supply in the Romsey office market that has now been taken up.

Goadsby are also marketing space within the Romsey area including further suites at Horsefair Tower, ground floor space at Victoria Place, Love Lane and several suites on the outskirts of Romsey at Chatmohr Estate Office Village.
