Creating Sustainable Links conference by the British-German Association

The British-German Association is holding its annual Network Germany Conference in Portsmouth on 30-31 October. The theme is ‘Creating Sustainable Links’.

The conference will highlight the flourishing civic and economic cooperation between Duisburg and Portsmouth. The conference is aimed at voluntary organisations, professional twinners, SMEs and youth organisations.

The conference is designed as an opportunity to network and learn from each other’s experience, as well as to find out how to set about establishing links between Britain and Germany at the grassroots level.

Workshops will focus on the different ways to "create sustainable links" between Britain and Germany and give participants an opportunity to obtain information on topics such as funding opportunities, youth and trade links, and business cooperation.
