Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Goadsby are pleased to report the letting of 37 Portsmouth Road, Woolston. The premises form a ground floor lock-up shop of approximately 465 sq ft with good prominence on the Portsmouth Road/Victoria Road junction. The premises were let to a new business start-up and this deal follows the letting of the neighbouring unit which was concluded just a few weeks before.
