Winchester commercial office sees £2.34m worth of transactions in June

Goadsby Winchester Commercial Office has completed deals on more than £2M worth of property transactions in the month of June 2011.

Goadsby successfully acquired freehold offices at 17-19 St Peter's Street for a private client and subsequently sold the property to a local developer. The property measured approximately 8,320 sq ft (772.96 sq m) and has been granted planning consent to be converted into residential apartments.

Number 12 Parchment Street, formerly offices measuring approximately 1,531 sq ft (142.24 sq m), was sold by a private individual with Goadsby acting on their behalf. This property also received planning consent for change of use to a residential dwelling.

Unit 1A Bennett House, The Dean, Alresford, is a modern Industrial Unit measuring approximately 3,442 sq ft (319.78 sq m) and was sold to a local company. Goadsby were acting on behalf of the vendor, Gould Asset Management.
