Wiggle Ltd Secure New Warehouse Complex to Facilitate their Expansion

Wiggle Ltd has taken over the former Trade Depot premises, Unit 3 Harbourgate, Southampton Road, Porchester, providing 33,200 sq ft (3,084 sq m) from Kingfisher TMB Ltd. The premises were taken on a sub lease at a passing rental of £248,318 per annum, expiring 2016.

London Clancy and Colliers International acted on behalf of Kingfisher TMB Ltd. Wiggle were represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
