Another retail deal in Woolston

Acting on behalf of Brickstamp Limited, Goadsby along with joint agents Mason Owen have let Unit 4, 35 Victoria Road, Woolston to Tenant Link on a new 10 year lease. Unit 4 comprises a ground floor sales area of approximately 874 sq ft with additional basement storage and was available as a shell unit.
