Vail Williams LLP secures lease for software business in prime space at Stoneham Gate, Eastleigh

Vail Williams LLP has acquired part of the ground floor at Stoneham Gate in Eastleigh, Hampshire on behalf of Clarity Commerce Solutions PLC, who deliver consumer transaction software in retail, hospitality, leisure and entertainment.

Clarity have taken 3,390 sq ft of office space at the attractive, landscaped Stoneham Gate site off J5 M27 and are expanding from their current premises at Solent Business Park. The modern open plan office space at Stoneham Gate has amenities including sixteen parking spaces, air conditioning, kitchen, WCs plus excellent on site security.

The space has been taken on a new five year FRI (Full Repairing & Insuring) lease at a quoting rent of £15 per sq ft, subject to a Schedule of Condition and substantial rent free period.
