Goadsby Commercial in Southampton are pleased to announce they have successfully let 1a Tollgate Industrial Estate near Romsey, on behalf of a private Landlord. Evolution Washroom have taken occupation of the unit on a 5 year lease with the intension to fit the unit out to a high specification.
