Successful sale at The Dean, Alresford

Goadsby Commercial in Winchester, acting on behalf of Gould Asset Management have successfully sold one of the units on the Gould development based in The Dean. Unit 1A was the largest unit on the development, measuring 3,442 sq ft and came complete with a roller shutter door, separate office space and seven allocated parking spaces. This is an attractive development on The Dean, just off West Street in Alresford. The properties have been substantially refurbished and redeveloped.
