Retail letting by Goadsby at the Barn Store, Winchester

Acting on behalf of Winchester City Council, Goadsby are pleased to announce the letting of the Barn Stores, Chaundler Road, Abbots Barton to Reef Dreams. The retail property which was a former barn comprises of a retail shop of 918 sq ft plus a store of 528 sq ft. The property was let on a new lease for a period of 10 years at a rental of £15,000 per annum. Reef Dreams have been trading for three years as a mail order/retail tropical marine aquatic products business and with the opening of their first retail store will be expanding the business to include other items such as tropical fish.
