Technical Alarms Relocate to Expand their Operation

Technical Alarm Systems have taken new premises at Unit 2 Muira Industrial Estate, William Street, Northam. The building provides a unique character office/warehouse premises of 5,125 sq ft over two floors. The building was taken to facilitate their expansion. The building was taken on a new lease at headline rental of £20,000 per annum exclusive.
