Sweatshop Run to Hanover Buildings Southampton

Sweatshop have opened their 37th branch in Hanover Buildings, Southampton. The company, Brasher Leisure Ltd, have taken the former Yorkshire Building Society premises on a new 10 year FRI lease through retail agents Osmond Brookes and Legat Owen.

They have paid a rent of £40,000 pa for the ground floor shop of 1800 sq ft in the prestigious property where they are now open and trading.

The joint agents acted for the Yorkshire Building Society while Reid Rose Gregory acted for the tenant.
