Successful assignment of 3 & 4 St Clements Yard

Goadsby Commercial acting have successfully managed to assign the lease at 3 & 4 St Clements Yard to AML Analytics Limited at a rent of £23,850 per annum. The property comprises attractive offices just off the High Street and had the added benefit of parking. The offices are somewhat unusual in the fact that they are part glazed on one wall and this adds to the attractiveness of their appearance.

AML Analytics are a new company who deal with regulatory and financial crime compliance requirements in all sectors.
