Globally expanding firm head north to South Point

Acting on behalf of AC English Developments, Goadsby are please to report yet another letting at South Point, Ensign Business Park in Hamble.
Following the opening of The Flying Boat Deli on site, and the completion of works on unit 2 set for Mid August, contracts have now also exchanged with PCE Instruments on units 3 and 4, totalling 5,640 sq ft.
PCE Instruments are a German based firm that manufacture and distribute practically all forms of measurement equipment, from Absolute Humidity Meters to Video Endoscopes, from hand held devices to weighing platforms as well as scales and control systems.
With premises in Spain, Germany Italy and France and operations expanding into South America and other European countries PCE Group targeted Southampton as the location for their English base.
