Acting on behalf of Gordon L Poole (Southampton) Limited, Goadsby are pleased to announce the sale of 44 Queensway to Viva Law the bespoke commercial legal practice. The City Centre warehouse unit comprised a total of 2,151 sq ft of which 1,109 warehouse and 1,042 sq ft was two storey office content, fronting onto Queensway. The quoting price was £135,000 for the freehold interest.
