Jonathan Steele, Head of Office at Savills Southampton commented that “Savills first 9 years in Southampton has been very successful with significant growth of our multi-disciplinary services. The acquisition of space at Charlotte Place builds on that success and reflects the long term importance of the South Coast to our business. Charlotte Place provides us with new, high quality offices, expansion space, additional parking and a fresh working environment.”
Savills join Berryman Lace Mawer, Lamport Bassitt and RINA as tenants of the scheme. Graham Mitchell of McAleer and Rushe, developers of the scheme added “Securing as occupiers an internationally renowned and highly respected property firm such as Savills reinforces the modern high specification, flexibility and value of the office space offered at Charlotte Place. We are delighted to welcome them to the scheme and hope they enjoy the many benefits afforded at this property, as much as our existing occupiers.”
