New recruits at Goadsby Commercial

Goadsby Commercial have continued to invest in their Commercial Teams, somewhat bucking the current trend.

Bill Parker, Commercial MD comments ' The market remains tough but we are proving that good teams can operate effectively if they are motivated and proactive.'

The business has recruited two new surveyors in Winchester, Annelies Culley and Allan Pickering, to work alongside Amy Baker.

As dominant agents in Winchester they are seeing more instructions coming through and these need to be serviced. Andrew Hodgkinson who heads up the Agency Team in Southampton now has three surveyors working for him. The team is enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service to clients. The key is to give clients regular feedback and advice and adjust to market conditions.

Chris Darlow is the newest recruit who will be assisting in development and investment. The company has also recruited an additional building surveyor and CAD Technician producing plans for development, conversion and conveyancing. The addition of Allan Pickering means the company can now also carry out Level 4 EPC's.
