Plans for two new city centre offices

PPG Cumberland Place Limited is seeking full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site at Grosvenor House (18-20 Cumberland Place) for a new high quality and attractive office building on a key corner site.
The 0.143 hectare Grosvenor House site is located in the central office district of the city along the northern side of Cumberland Place at the corner with Grosvenor Square.
The proposed plans comprise demolition of the existing building and the erection of an 11-storey building to provide offices (13,935 square metres Class B1 floorspace) and basement parking.
The proposal includes the provision of 30 parking spaces and cycle parking for 180 bicycles.
These plans should provide approximately 715 direct and indirect full-time equivalent jobs to the city centre and enhancing the local economy.

Cumberland Commercial Limited is seeking full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site at 21-22 Cumberland Place for a new quality office building in the city’s office quarter.
The 0.13 hectare site is located along the northern side of Cumberland Place at the corner with Grosvenor Square.
The proposed plans comprise the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a 10-storey office building (9,384 square metres Class B1 floorspace) with associated parking.
The proposal includes the provision of 34 parking spaces and cycle parking for 131 bicycles.
These plans should provide approximately 370 full-time equivalent jobs to the City Centre and enhancing the local economy.
