Acting on behalf of St John's Winchester Charity, Goadsby have let 51 Southgate Street, Winchester to Senate (South) Limited.

The premises comprise a three storey period office building totalling 1,003 sq ft plus a basement. They have been let on a new lease on a stepped rental increasing to £18,200 per annum exclusive.
