National Office Agency Head Moves to Southampton

CB Richard Ellis’s Head of National Office Agency James Brounger is moving to the Southern office to take up the role of Deputy Managing Director.

Neville Thompson who heads the Southern Regional office of CB Richard Ellis in Southampton says:
“I am delighted to welcome James to the team here. His 21 years’ experience with CB Richard Ellis including 7 years as Head of Office Agency National Markets will be a tremendous asset with his connections to both corporate occupiers and UK property companies. Part of his role will be to retain his focus and expertise on larger office buildings schemes in a local and wider regional context.

James Brounger who lives with his family in Hampshire added:
“I will continue to be very much involved with current clients and this move gives me the chance to become part of a broader range of transactional activity as well as a greater role in the development of the Southern Regional office”.

James’s advancement to Deputy Managing Director in the Southern Regional office will provide a new career challenge. James will be keeping in regular working contact with his London colleagues and clients whilst spreading the geographical reach of the Southern Office property team of CB Richard Ellis. Rob Madden is promoted to Head of the Office Agency (National Markets) team in London.
