NHS Foundation Trust Expand City Centre Operation

Hampshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has secured further premises for the Southampton City Centre operation located at The Carronades, New Road, Southampton.

The accommodation provided two floors of office accommodation arranged on ground and first floors providing 1592 sq ft and was taken on a 10 year lease at a headline rental of £14,000 per annum exclusive. London Clancy were letting agents on behalf of private landlords.
