Letting agent launches on Lodge Road

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Goadsby are pleased to report the letting of the retail unit 102 Lodge Road, Southampton. The premises comprise 585 sq ft of retail space within a double fronted shop which fronts onto the busy Lodge Road. The shop was let to a new business start-up trading as Home Link Lettings providing residential lettings to the local area and followed change of use planning consent.
