Lettings at Capital House

Acting on behalf of Arcadian Estates Limited, Goadsby has recently completed two lettings at Capital House, a landmark office building located at the heart of Southampton city centre.

An unnamed property company has taken a 5 year lease on one floor, comprising 6,250 sq ft at a rent of £50,000pa exclusive with an option to take a lease of a further floor. Crescent Training Services Limited has taken a lease of 4,850 sq ft on the 2nd floor at an initial rent of £55,775pa inclusive of service charge.
