King Sturge win another trade park instruction

Commercial Property Agents, King Sturge, have been jointly instructed with Vail Williams to market the popular Winchester Trade Park on behalf of Ashquay Properties Limited.

There are currently two adjoining units available to lease, offering occupiers the ability to take either a 3,000 ft2 or a 6,000ft2 unit. The units benefit from clear span internal height of 6.5m, full height electrically operated up and over loading doors, and feature full height glazed personnel entrances.

The trade park is located less than ¼ miles from Junction 9 on the M3, immediately adjacent to the Winchester Tesco store. Other nearby occupiers include Halfords, Homebase and Currys, and the park itself has already attracted occupiers such as Plumbats, PTS, Graham, Elliots and Topps Tiles.
