New Joiners at Savills

International Property Consultants, Savills, have expanded their multi-disciplined office in Southampton. James Thomas, Lee-Ann Edwards and Natalie Morris have all recently joined the Commercial Department, dealing with property management and Corporate Real Estate. James was previously with Hampshire Police Authority, Lee-Ann transferred from Savills City of London office and Natalie joins as a graduate surveyor.

The Building Consultancy Department has appointed James Percival as a Graduate Surveyor.

The Planning and Urban Design Team has also expanded with two new members. Sarah Beuden, Associate Planner, has relocated from the London City Office where she was based for four years working on a wide range of both commercial and residential schemes. Fiona Duffy joins as urban designer.

Savills Southampton employs in excess of 50 staff across a number of disciplines. Other departments in the office include Commercial Agency, Licensed Leisure, Development Consultancy and New Homes.
