Cool tenant secured at Griffin Industrial Park

Following in the wake of Alliance Limited signing for 8,903 sq ft of industrial space at Griffin Industrial Park in Totton, Southampton, a further tenant has been secured for unit J on the estate.

Acting on behalf of PRUPIM, the south coast Industrial & Logistics agency team within national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), alongside joint agent, King Sturge, have agreed a new five year lease on the 8,633 sq ft to ICS Cool Energy. The company, which is one of Europe’s leading specialists in cooling and heating equipment, already occupies 50,000 sq ft on the same estate and has taken this additional space to support its business expansion. The location of the park was also a driver behind ICS Cool Energy deciding on Griffin Industrial Estate.”

Unit N Griffin of 12,254 sq ft is the only unit immediately available for occupation on the estate, although Unit M of 8,000 sq ft is to be fully refurbished in the spring and will also benefit from a secure adjoining yard with palisade fence.
