Inclusive office suites in Alresford now fully let

Following a recent letting to G4 Environmental Control Limited. Goadsby Commercial in Winchester are pleased to announce they have now successfully let all the office suites at Huxley Court, The Dean, Alresford on behalf of their clients, Huxley Golf. The office suites range from 146 sq ft – 323 sq ft and were let on all inclusive flexible lease terms at approximately £26 psf.

Amy Baker of Goadsby comments 'we were very pleased to be able to let all the suites in such a short period of time, having given our client advice just before Christmas. From our strong knowledge of our database of applicants were able to identify that the market in Alresford is stronger for smaller suites than for larger suites. We had previously been trying to let the floor as a whole and as the office was already partitioned into smaller offices we felt that offering these on all inclusive rentals on flexible terms would meet some of the demand we had received from the smaller Alresford occupiers. Within five months of marketing all five office suites have now been let to a variety of occupiers and our client has been very satisfied with the advice he has received from us'.
