Office letting in Romsey town centre

Acting on behalf of Fussell Pension Scheme Goadsby have let the third floor at Horsefair Tower to a private individual on a new five year lease.

The former brewery office tower suite comprises 911 sq ft and the quoting rent was £10,000 per annum.

Ben Welch of Goadsby Southampton Commercial commented:-

'The Horsefair occupies a good position in the Centre of Romsey providing a quieter working environment whilst being only moments away from the town's amenities and also providing good communication links to the M27. The benefit of allocated parking was a further plus for the space'.

Goadsby are also offering other office space within The Horsefair including the Second floor at Horsefair Tower and Suites within Coopers House.
