New industrial specialist for Goadsby Winchester

Goadsby Commercial is delighted to announce the appointment of Allan Pickering to their Winchester office concentrating on investment, development and industrial property. Allan has previously worked for a well established commercial consultant in Reading serving the Thames Valley area for over five years. He gained experience in all areas of commercial property working on the day to day marketing and disposal of industrial, office and retail premises. Allan has also regularly acted on behalf of clients for the acquisition of commercial properties for investments and owner occupiers.

Allan also qualified in February 2009 as a Level 4 Commercial Property Energy Assessor, and has completed EPC’s for numerous clients on properties varying from small industrial units up to 60,000sq.ft community education centres on behalf of local authorities.

On a personal note, Allan has lived in Winchester for over 6 years and is a keen open water swimmer and tennis player and can often be seen heading to the coast with his wife for weekends surfing, even in the cold winter months.
