Genix Healthcare Ltd have secured new premises for their NHS dental clinic. The premises provides approximately 3,000 sq ft (278.70 sq m) at ground floor level. A new lease has been taken from the Tourism South East for a term of 7 years at a rent of £29,500 per annum exclusive. London Clancy acted on behalf of Tourism South East.
