Cool new tenant for the iO Centre

Acting on behalf of Forelle Estates Limited, national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured the final letting at the iO Centre, Segensworth South. HRP Limited has taken Unit 2, the last available unit on the popular industrial estate which houses occupiers such as B&Q, Welcome Car Finance and Grahams Plumbing & Heating merchants.
HRP Limited, a leading wholesaler supplying refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to trade customers, has taken a new 15 year lease with the option to terminate at the end of year 10. With a site already in Totton on the Calmore Industrial Estate, the 15,714 sq ft iO Centre unit will increase HRP’s South Coast presence.
