Successful sale of the Comrades Club, Eastleigh

Acting on behalf of Portland Business Financial Solutions Limited, Goadsby have successfully sold the Comrades Club in Leigh Road, Eastleigh to White Horse Childcare Limited. The property comprised a substantial former members club building which was situated on a 0.26 acre site within the heart of Eastleigh Town Centre.
