Acting on behalf of Gordon L Poole (Southampton) Limited, Goadsby have let 5 – 7 Chesil Street in Winchester. The property comprises a ground floor retail unit of approximately 1,047 sq ft which has a net sales area of 760 sq ft. The premises have been let to the Ivory Boutique Limited for a period of 10 years at a rental of £16,500 per annum. The Ivory Boutique is a bridal wear shop who also have premises in Farnham and this is an expansion of their business to the Winchester area.
