Acting on behalf of Gordon L Poole (Southampton) Limited, Goadsby have let 5 – 7 Chesil Street in Winchester. The property comprises a ground floor retail unit of approximately 1,047 sq ft which has a net sales area of 760 sq ft. The premises have been let to the Ivory Boutique Limited for a period of 10 years at a rental of £16,500 per annum. The Ivory Boutique is a bridal wear shop who also have premises in Farnham and this is an expansion of their business to the Winchester area.

We had only just commenced marketing the premises when the Ivory Boutique approached us and having agreed terms with them their lease commenced as soon as the previous tenant's lease expired. This meant that there was no void period for our client.
