Cheque Centre Properties Limited signs up to Eastleigh

Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby are delighted to confirm the letting of 6 Leigh Road, Eastleigh to the Cheque Centre Properties Limited.
The premises comprise approximately 1,000 SQ FT, situated on the ground floor of the Black Horse House office building in Eastleigh town centre, and were let on a ten year lease with a quoting rent of £21,000 per annum.

‘The Cheque Centre have been on the expansion trail recently. With over 180 branches throughout Scotland, England and Wales, they offer customers a wide range of short-term financial products. The former estate agency unit benefits from the A2 consent which the Cheque Centre required and we were delighted to agree terms on a favourable basis to our client.’
Eastleigh Borough Council’s Head of Regeneration and Planning Policy, Paul Ramshaw said, "Eastleigh Town Centre continues to go from strength to strength, and we are pleased to welcome The Cheque Centre, bringing new jobs to the town centre and helping to maintain our high level of high street occupancy."
Goadsby are also marketing industrial and office premises on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, including Herald Industrial Estate in Hedge End, office space within Black Horse House and Wessex House in Eastleigh and industrial units in Netley Abbey.
