City Centre Industrial Letting

Acting on behalf of a private Landlord, Goadsby are pleased to report the letting of Unit 14, City Commerce Centre, Southampton to HMS Test & Inspection Limited and Rigmasters UK Limited. The 1,109 sq ft unit which benefits from additional mezzanine office content and parking, was agreed on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a five year term at the quoting rent of £8,500 per annum.
