Former office let as beauty rooms

Acting on behalf of Jembir Estates Limited, Goadsby have let the first, second and third floor of Market Chambers, 21 Market Place, Romsey.

The premises were let following a change of use from offices to Beauty treatment Rooms. The premises total 2,018 sq ft and have been let for a period of 15 years at an initial rental of £16,500 per annum. They have been let to 'Call of Beauty' who already have premises next door at 22 Market Place and are expanding their business to offer a wider range of treatments.
