New refurbished office building for Winchester - Athenia House, Andover Road

Construction has commenced on the extensive refurbishment of a city centre office building in Winchester and is being marketed by commercial property agents, Pullen Associates, Warwick Martel and Goadsby.

Simon Martel of Warwick Martel says ‘that Athenia House is coming to the market at a time when activity in the office market in the city is increasing.
