Terrace Hill has secured planning consent for its £70 million mixed-use scheme in the city centre, Mayflower Plaza.
The proposal features approximately 10,863 sq m of office space, a 150 bedroom hotel and 180 residential apartments.
The Mayflower Plaza scheme is one of the largest inward investment projects in Southampton and will regenerate a strategic gateway to the city centre, and will see the creation of a new public space which will generate vibrancy and contribute a 'sense of place' to the area.
