West Quay Site B is situated next to the new Carnival UK Headquarters - Carnival House, and opposite the proposed Watermark WestQuay development.

Planning consent exists for a 155-bed hotel, which has been pre-let to Premier Inn, with retail, office or food and drink uses, plus a new 7-storey modern office building offering highly flexible accommodation.
The Hotel and Office will combine via interlocking buildings of different heights to complete a new focus for the area immediately to the South of the Multi-storey Car Park at West Quay. The car park will be screened by the new proposed buildings, whilst its entrance will be framed between this new development and Carnival House.

Ground floor uses, such as restaurants and retail units, will provide a lively and active frontage, enhancing the character of Harbour Parade, and complimenting the existing WestQuay Shopping Centre and the future proposed Watermark WestQuay.
