A development by Hampshire Police Authority and Hampshire Constabulary to create a landmark 8 storey building at a gateway into the city centre which will provide state of the art facilities for a modern police service for the residents of Southampton as well as providing improved working conditions for police officers and police staff in the city. Approximately 500 people will be employed there.
The new police station will form phase 1 of a larger development with a potential second phase of development on the remainder of this important gateway site.
