Grants for the manufacturing industry in Southampton
Southampton City Council is supporting a new grant project aimed at providing grants to local businesses for Captial Investment Projects. The grant is provided by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and is called Selective Finance for Investment in England (SFIE).
The grants are available to businesses in the manufacturing and / or added value industry who can demonstrate the potential for growth. Businesses could be eligible for a grant to purchase plant, machinery and equipment along with the purchase or extension of a building.
Is Your Business Eligible ?
Your business must be
- based within the local authority area of Southampton City Council
- A manufacturing and / or added value industry
- A small or medium sized enterprise (SME) - employing less that 250 people
