Southampton City Primary Trust is the organisation responsible for ensuring you get the NHS care you need.

To register with a GP you need to identify your local surgery. There are 40 practices within Southampton and all have a team of District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives and Practice Nurses.

Southampton has a number of dental practices that provide treatment on the NHS, but some only take private patients. Find a dentist here
